The service from the staff was excellent. They were always friendly and willing to help me with anything I needed. Another great thing about this hotel is its location, which is very central and allows for easy access to many popular tourist attractions. I really enjoyed the breakfast they served every morning - it was a great way to start my day.

Location was fantastic - we had a great time exploring the area around the hotel. We were only a short walk away from some really nice restaurants and bars which was perfect for our romantic escape. The room itself was comfortable and tastefully decorated, which added to the overall experience. We also appreciate the complimentary breakfast - it was delicious!
Our car got scratched while it was parked in the hotel's parking area and we didn't receive any help or apology from the hotel staff. It was a frustrating situation that put a damper on our romantic trip.

the location is brilliant too; it's close to various landmarks and attractions. the rooms are spacious and have comfortable beds. the bathrooms are well-maintained and clean. the breakfast is delicious and filling.
One downside is that the parking area needs improvement as some guests have experienced incidents like scratches or dents on their cars.
